I've been visiting North Carolina twice a year for 40 years. Trying different Mexican restaurants as we have so many in California! Don Zapata's is without a doubt the best!! Authentic, great menu, excellent habanero sauce, and great service. You cannot go wrong here!

Me and my wife have tried in upwards of 20+ different Mexican restaurants in the triad area and Don Zapata's blew every single one out of the water from the Salsa to the quality and customer service this place is a must visit !!! We will be back

We first went here with a Groupon. Oh my word this food is so delicious!!! We go there as often as we can. Our favorite place to eat whether we eat in or take out! I just got our lunch and it's us absolutely delicious!!! The service is great! If you have not tried them you should!!!! YUMMY!

Good food (the standard Tex-Mex variety) with great prices and friendly service. You really cannot go wrong with anything here. I have been at least 4 times since they opened and have not had a bad meal as of yet. Drink specials are really solid too

Ordered delivery. We had the sopes de pastor and guacamole. The order was delivered really fast and the driver was friendly. The meals were packaged with everything we needed. I'll definitely be visiting the restaurant and will probably order delivery again. Everyone is talking about this place.
